The highly anticipated movie Salaar: Part One – Ceasefire, starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, is generating immense excitement among fans ahead of its release on December 22, 2023. Despite the project’s tight-lipped nature, the revelation by child singer Theertha Subhash has stirred up considerable buzz. The young artist inadvertently mentioned the involvement of KGF star Yash in the Prashanth Neel-directed film while referring to the superstars as ‘Yash uncle,’ ‘Prabhas uncle,’ and ‘Prithviraj uncle.’
This accidental disclosure by Theertha has sparked a wave of enthusiasm among fans and movie enthusiasts eagerly awaiting Salaar. However, Theertha took to social media to clarify her statement, explaining that her comment about Yash’s presence in Salaar was based on her admiration for the KGF movie and her father’s mention of the commonality in the music team between KGF and Salaar.
Salaar is an action-packed drama set to be released in two parts, with the first instalment hitting theatres in multiple languages. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film stars Prabhas as Deva/Salaar, Prithviraj as Varadha Rajamannar, and also features Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, Bobby Simhaa, and Tinnu Anand in significant roles.
