Exclusive- Anupamaa’s Muskan Bamne on the ‘Toxic environment’ comment: I was misquoted,…

Paras Kalnawat‘s one reply to the fans brought a major storm on the Internet. His comment, “Honestly speaking, 80% of the cast would want to exit if given an opportunity. Risk lene ki aur sahi ke liye ladne ki takat har kisi mein nahi hoti.” Most of his co-stars from Anupamaa shared their reaction to this comment, one of them is Muskan Bamne. However, the actress’ said that in previous interview she was misquoted.

Here’s what Muskan had to share exclusively with ETimesTV about her reaction:
Talking about the toxicity on the sets comment, Muskan said, “I didn’t have any such experience.

I am the youngest on the set and people keep pampering like a kid in the show. I would go to my make-up room after the shot and chill with my chachu. Talking about Paras, he is my good friend and I really don’t know what to say about it.”
Muskan further said that she was misquoted in her earlier interview, “I was misquoted in my previous interview. Paras and I are really good friends and that interview portrayed me in a negative light. I never said anything negative like that. I was asked about the environment and all but I had no idea that they would take it in such a wrong way.”
She also shared that Paras reacted to her comment and expressed his reaction to Muskan, “This created a rift between Paras and me, he reacted. He knows me well but still, this created an issue between us. I just want to say that I didn’t say anything negative about him, he is a good friend of mine and I am not backstabbing him.”
