Bollywood actor Siddhant Chaturvedi who shot to fame with his star turn in Gully Boy has tested positive for COVID-19 according to some reports we are are getting. This makes Chaturvedi one of the many B-town personalities to have contracted the virus in the last few days. Earlier this week, Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Leela Bhansali tested positive for COVID-19. Soon, it was also revealed to the media that Manoj Bajpayee had also tested positive for the virus and that the shooting of his film, Despatch had been paused for a month. Actor Alia Bhatt had been asked to self quarantine as she was working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali (who also tested positive) and Kapoor. Earlier today, it was also confirmed that actor Tara Sutaria had tested positive for the virus.
Though no confirmation has come from the actor but sources close to him have informed us that he has immediately quarantined himself and is taking all the necessary precautions. We wish him a speedy recovery.
