Reliance Jio’s JioBusiness has introduced an integrated service for micro, small and medium businesses (MSMB) that includes enterprise-grade fibre internet connectivity plans and other digital solutions to help enterprises grow their business in India. The one-stop digital service is designed to help small businesses grow and compete against larger enterprises. Reliance Jio claims that MSMBs spend between Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month towards connectivity, productivity and automation tools. Whereas, the new JioBusiness’ integrated service price starts at Rs 901 and goes up to Rs 10,001.
The top-of-the-line service by JioBusiness include benefits such as 1Gbps internet speed, unlimited voice calls (up to eight lines), access to Microsoft Productivity tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as JioAttendance to manage employees remotely. New customers will also have to pay additional Rs 1,000 one time installation charges. The company further notes that the newly launched integrated service will enhance the MSMB’s customer service, help run operations 24×7, and reduce the overall cost of digital solutions.
Speaking more over the development, Mr Akash Ambani, Director at Jio said in a company statement that the absence of an integrated digital service offering and the knowhow to adopt advanced enterprise offerings affect MSMBs to run businesses. “Now, JioBusiness will bridge this gap by providing integrated Enterprise-grade voice and data services, Digital Solutions and Devices, to small businesses… I am certain that millions of micro, small and medium enterprises will propel towards prosperity and march towards creating a New Atma-Nirbhar [self-reliant] Digital India,” he added.
Reliance Jio is also providing specialised digital advisors to guide businesses with the selection of the right plans and solutions and other details. To avail of the JioBusiness solution, customers can visit the official website (www.jio.com/business) and leave contact details in the ‘Interested’ section. A JioBusiness executive will get in touch, shortly after.
