People are getting offended by almost anything and everything these days. The list also included Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s wish to name their child Taimur.
When they announced their little one’s name, a raging debate broke out on Twitter with people claiming that Saif shouldn’t have named his son after Timur, the Turkish ruler who invaded India. Now, with Kareena expecting another child, the actress during an interview revealed that after all the controversy that was caused by her first child, Taimur’s name, she and Saif have decided to not rush into naming the new baby. She said, “After the whole controversy of Taimur, both Saif and me have not even thought about it. We’re like going to leave it last minute and then spring a surprise.”
Well, let’s hope people respect their freedom to name their own child this time around.
